Asher Birdy Glove Review by Jordan

My old Titleist and the fresh new Asher Birdy.
Well, I didn’t know I would need a new glove so quick. At the beginning of the season I bought a Titleist players glove and I can usually make it through a season with one glove, but I am playing significantly more so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised at needing one. For my new glove I went with Asher’s Birdy glove. It is a mix of calbretta leather for the palm, their trademarked Cooltech for the upper, and stretch fit Lycra in between the fingers and on the knuckles. This is a great feeling glove and it is very breathable. In comparison to the Titleist it is a bit more breathable, but what I have noticed with this glove is I have a lot more drives where the driver twists in my hand. Neither TJ nor myself have ever remembered me saying the driver twisted when I was playing the Titleist. There is a big price difference between the two, the Titlest comes in at $22 and the Asher is $13. Overall it is a good glove, I do take issue with the twisting that occurs though. Granted the twisting could very well be due to me over swinging, but even if I did that with the Titleist, it held strong. Overall the Asher is a good glove for a good price, and so far (I’ve been playing with it for about 3 months) it is holding up pretty well. If I could somehow get a mix of these two gloves, that would be ideal. I do like the birdy logo on the middle finger, great touch!
The palms of each one. As you can see on the bottom of my palm the Titleist had a small hole.

The Asher glove gets a par.
